Shipping & returns
Your order will be sent from 1 to 4 business days after the order date from Paris, France. Our transporter is La Poste and each package travels safely with a tracking number via Colissimo. Please note that we can't cover for damages after the delivery of the products to the carrier so items always travel at the buyer's risk.
The delivery cost is 6 euros for metropolitan France, 15 euros for Europe and DOM TOM and 25 euros for all other destinations.
All sales are final. As a small growing business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the moment. If you have any prior request or enquiry, please get in touch here before purchasing. Returns for items damaged during transit or upon the first few days of use will be made on a case by case basis.
